Choosing a new floor is a big investment, and we want you to feel confident in your decision. That’s why we offer a free estimating service to guide you through your options and give you a clear idea of costs.

- Just need fitting? We offer a fitting-only service (price depends on the type of carpet and any extra help you need).
You can give us your own room measurements for a guide price, but the final quote will be based on a home visit from a member of our team. During the visit, they’ll measure up, talk through underlay choices, check for any prep work needed, and give you the most cost-effective fitting options.
Fitting your flooring
Once your carpet arrives from the manufacturer, we’ll book one of our trusted fitters to come and lay it. We’ll give you an estimated fitting date when you order, although delivery times can vary depending on the carpet style and supplier.
Getting your room ready
Before we arrive, please move furniture and remove old flooring so the room is clear, unless removing old flooring has been discussed. If moving heavy furniture isn’t possible, just let us know in advance - we can arrange help and take care on the day.
What to expect on fitting day
We ask that you’re home on the day so our fitter can confirm details and talk through any surprises that might crop up.
Here’s what happens:
- Your sub-floor is prepared if needed.
- The carpet or vinyl is fitted with care and precision.
- Waste is removed (including your old flooring if you’ve booked disposal).
- The room is left clean and tidy, ready for you to enjoy.
Carpet Types Available
A carpet consists of an upper layer known as a 'pile' which is attached to a backing. The pile is generally made from either wool or a man-made fibre such as polypropylene, nylon or polyester and usually consists of twisted or looped tufts which are often heat-treated to maintain their structure.
