We’ve also built up a fairly broad range of experience, which helps. None of that counts for much without good products behind it, so we stick with manufacturers we trust rather than whoever happens to be cheapest that month. If you’ve already got a brand in mind, we’ll do what we can to track it down. If you haven’t, we’d rather talk through genuine options with you than push whatever’s sitting in the warehouse.
We’re also upfront about cost from the start. We don’t like guessing a price over the phone and landing you with something different once we’ve actually seen the room, so every job begins with a free estimate and a proper home visit. What we quote is based on your space, not an average, and we’d rather take the time to get that right than rush you into a decision.
That no-pressure approach tends to matter more than people expect. A lot of customers come to us after a rushed quote elsewhere left them uneasy, or after being pushed toward whatever a salesperson needed to shift that month. We’re not on commission for pushing a particular carpet range, so the advice you get during your visit is based on what actually suits your room and your budget, not what’s easiest for us to sell.
